The authors review Lumbar Spinal Stenosis discussing the diagnostic criteria, the etiopathogenesis, and clinical manifestations. Imaging and neurophysiological investigations are also discussed. EMG, Sensory Evoked Potencials and Motor Stimulation are described stressing their role in differential diagnosis.
