When a subject shows changes in his/her ability to express himself/herself verbally or to understand the messages from the people he/she relates with, it is customary to say that such a person has a language disorder, nosologically classified in the field of aphasias. In this article, we show the case of a patient diagnosed with progressive aphasia, where such a diagnosis describes the data resulting from the neuropsychological assessment process.
