The general objectives of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employees performance, with three specific objectives which were: i) To analyze job satisfaction levels, ii) To analyze employees’ performance level and iii) to establish the relationship between job satisfaction and employees’ performance. A quantitative research design was applied to a sample of 200 employees of TAZARA Dar es Salaam Regional Office. The Minnesota satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was used to collect and measure job satisfaction level while JPS (a three item scale measure) was used to collect and measure employees’ performance.
