Czech and Spanish Phraseology, key word: food

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to compare Czech and Spanish phraseology, focusing on the key word "food". The theoretical part deals with general characteristics of phraseology units, as well as ways of their classification and problems of translation. In the practical part, there is analyzed the sample of these units in the formal and semantic aspect. To each Spanish unit is matched an equivalent in Czech (when existing) and is determined the degree of translation equivalence. In the case that the meaning of the same unit is different in target language, the context of the occurrence of this unit is given as an example
