This bachelor's thesis seeks to explain why it is necessary to develop your own style of teaching English instead of following a prescribed methodology. It provides the reader with a presentation of the key factors that affect this development, and discusses the steps a teacher needs to take or issues he/she should think about carefully in order to make the lesson as effective as possible.
