Analýza vyprojektovaných a realizovaných společných zařízení v pozemkových úpravách

The present thesis is called "The Analysis of Designed and Implemented Communal Facilities in Land Adjustments." The thesis sets out to make a detailed description and comparison of the state of communal facilities in two cadastral areas Dynín and Plav (after the execution of a complex land adjustment). In the initial literary review I explain the most important terms associated with the landscape, land adjustments and the plan of communal facilities. Furthermore, I characterize three crucial phases of the communal facilities state - the phase before complex land adjustment, proposed design and the actual state after completing the proposed design. A detailed field survey was made in the given cadastral areas. The subsequent analysis was focused on the measures to make the lands accessible, measures to protect and improve the environment, erosion control measures and water management measures. Based on the analysis of both areas it was found out that the implementation of communal facilities really took place, however, with a different success rate. In conclusion, the thesis is mapping and evaluating the essential benefits and drawbacks of the complex land adjustment for both cadastral areas
