The negative impact of substance abuse on health in adolescents

Bachelor thesis reflects on addictive substances, their effects, dependence on these substances. It deals with the prevention of possible consequences. It deals with individual states using these substances to deal with these situations. Monitors the physical, mental and social health. It shows the negative influence exerted on health and trying to raise awareness about the addictive substances. Its content is composed of two parts. The theoretical part reflects the knowledge and understanding of the literature and our own experience, theoretical part includes research in the form of a questionnaire and tries to specify the current situation among adolescents. The practical part is focused on the research objectives. Was used polling method. The questionnaire contained 27 questions and was given away to two high schools. On the questionnaire was answered by 100 respondents. Contains research questions on the topic of students awareness about this issue. Surprising is the first experience with smoking cigarettes at the age of 9-11 years, which reported 11% and up to 14 years has this experience 49% of respondents.
