This thesis is focused on the financial management in the areas of liquidity. To summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the measurement of liquidity. The aim is primarily to indicate the nature of this proceeding. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the liquidity. Then on the assessment of liquidity by using balance sheet and cash flow. Describes the methods and ways of compiling the cash flow and liquidity considerations. The practical part deals with studies on a particular company. On the basis of the data obtained is made an analysis of the liquidity ratio and differential indicators. Subsequent compiles the annual financial plan and cash flows. After the completion of the analysis and of the annual financial plan is found, that the company will continue to invest and manage profitably, as so far
