Add to ORKGThe main goals of the thesis were to prepare an analysis of activities of strategic management, to improve the synergy between strategic and operational management, to enhance the quality of strategic decisions in selected company. The first step was to study and comparison of Czech and foreign professional literature and make literary summary that gives the reader into the issue of strategic management.
