Selected legal and economic problem purpose of drawing EU subsidies. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The aim of this thesis is to summarize problems related to drawing subsidies from European funds. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical (bibliographic search) and parctical. In the theoretical part, function, importance and basic principles of EU funds are described. Also, one section of the theoretical part deals with the problematics of submitting applications for cofinancing from the EU funds and also the problems, that can appear during drawing a financial help from the EU funds are mentioned. The parctical part is focused on two cases, in which some problems arised in relation to EU funds subsidy drawing. Conclusion of the thesis deals with individual problems of project and formulates recommendations for a better control in the field of EU funds subsidy drawing
