The determinants of agricultural land price in the South Moravia region. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The diploma thesis is focused on identifying factors that influence the price of agricultural land in South Moravia region and detecting of their impact. With using a branch analysis and econometric analyses, finding of individual factors is achieved, but it is also able to analyse the past evolution and predict the future development of agricultural land price in the studied area. The discovered results are transferred to the final recommendations, which are intended for agricultural farms and entrepreneurs, but also for investors, especially from the agricultural land perspective as a speculative asset
