Bismarckův model zdravotnického systému v ČR

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find the differences among health care systems in the Czech Republic and other countries, which use Bismarck model and then suggest improvements for Czech health care system based on these differences. First of all the health care systems of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and the Netherlands were analyzed. After that were these systems compared by quantitative indicators. The results of this thesis are suggestions such as growth of share of private expenditures on total health expenditures, recommendation of growth of wages and salaries in health care system or shifting health care mainly to general practitioners
