The Bachelor work is focused on the description of the markets in terms of a commodity of vertical line of the wheat. My work deals with both the productive side and the development of prices for wheat in European Union and in the Czech Republic with primary focus on the changes to pricing since the entry of the CR into EU. It compares all gathered data with situation and development within the EU member states. It uses market bread as a commodity to track the market trends.
