The thesis deals with the reactions of the farm to changes in the business environment that is dynamically changing. The first part defines the new concept of agribusiness and the external factors that affect agribusiness. It also deals with one of the key factors that affect the business environment in the creation and formation conditions of the common agricultural market in the Czech Republic, characteristics and forms state ingerence in this sector, namely the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union, The practical part deals with the development of the chosen company AGRA Velký Týnec a.s. its connections in the vertical (supply chain) of agribusiness. In this work are used internal data (results) of the company, which are compared with the public databases
