The Bachelor thesis Potentials and barriers of rural tourism development in Jihlava river basin from Dalešice to Ivančice deals with possibilities of rural tourism in this locality. The thesis contains the general characteristics of problems with rural tourism and sustainable rural development. There is described positive and negative impact of rural tourism on rural development and characterized by location Jihlava river basin with its current potential and conditions for future development of rural tourism in this area. In the practical part is created in a form of questionnaire which describes the main strengths and weaknesses of rural tourism in the Jihlava river basin. On the basis are defined potentials and possible barriers to the development of rural tourism
