The aim of this work is the analysis and assignment of losses from traffic accidents. Furthermore, the determination of annual net and gross Premium. The thesis also describes the investigation of an accident. The solution was used form calculation va-luation losses and the assignment of certain entities. To calculate the premiums needed to determine the average number of insurance contracts , claims frequency and the me-dian amount of damage to insured events. Carried out the research , i found annual net and gross premiums and assess the loss as per the sample in a traffic accident and the accident rate in the whole Czech Republic
