Theaim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a business plan for the establishment of a guesthouse in a selected region of the Czech Republic. It is dividend into two parts: theoretical and practical. In theteoretical part, thema in focus is put on the analys is of entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, and legal forms of business entities. Furhermore, thetopic of small and medium enterprise and business plan theory are included in this part as well. In the practical part, the specific business plan for an establishment of a guesthouse is presented, accompanied by a throughout market analysis, competitor analysis, and by financial projection and calculate relevant ratios
