This thesis deals with strategies and strategic management. The aim of this thesis is create a corporate strategy for the company Kabelové bubny a bedny s.r.o., which should lead to improve situation of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on strategy and strategic management. Another text is dedicated to strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the company and also the methods and models that are the basis for the formulation of a new strategy.
