The Inventory Management System in a Manufacturing Company

This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of optimization of the inventory management system for one of the companies of Hella KGaAHueck & CO concern which falls under the management of Hella Autotechnik Nova, s.r.o. At the first it explains the general concepts of the issue of logistics and stock, the next part it analyzes the actual situation in the company´s stock. In the last part is the inventory from company divided into classes with the help of analysis ABC and after that analysis XYZ with different control processes that prevent the problems with the overstock
