The main subject of the bachelor work is a Study of Production Logistics Management with a Focus on Continuous Material Flow in the Supply Chain. The theoretical basics of the bachelor work defines fundemental terms of the logistics, branches of the logistics, information flows and supply chain. The analytic´s part desribes an industrial company “HICON – dopravní značení, s. r. o.“, its technological process of the production, the material and the information flows and the overall evaluation of the company´s operation. The practical part deals with optimization of the conception of logistics focus on material and information flow costs. The goal is to improve relationship with customers and suppliers
