Business Plan - Progress Building Company

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a real business plan which will be the basis for the development of Jemnická Stavba, a.s. company. The project is made up of two parts, theoretical and practical. The practical part includes evaluation of the internal and external situation of the company and the subsequent proposal for a solution.
