The bachelor´s thesis focuses on problems of optimalization of marketing mix in company Karel Nikl, ltd. In the first part, the author deals with the theoretical knowledge of marketing. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of company. In the final third part, the author tries to suggest changes that will lead to the optimization of marketing mix
