Proposal to Streamline Logistic Activities in Manufacturing Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the work of the manufacturing and warehouse operators in manufacturing company Nobel Automotive Slovakia s.r.o. and points to the process wastage gaps and introduces suggestions for process improvements. The thesis includes basic concepts of logistics, explains wastage and also describes applied methods Study of Labour. On the basis of theoretical knowledge it describes the current state of the internal logistics activities and material flow in the company. In conclusion of thesis are proposed solutions, which should help to eliminate wastage and streamline monitored logistics activities
