Project of Production Engineering of Lean Material Flow in Company DIEFFENBACHER - CZ, hydraulické lisy, s.r.o.

The bachelor thesis deals with material flow, fluency of production and waste during the manufacturing process in the chosen company. Firstly, the theoretical background of the thesis is provided. Next part is devoted to the detailed analysis of current state, which is focused on manufacturing process of a chosen welded composition. Chosen composition serves as a representative sample for this type of compositions. At the end, the thesis suggests solutions for leaning of material flow, increasing fluency of production and eliminating waste in the manufacturing process
