Proposal for Project Construction Branch of Call Center

This bachelor´s thesis contain project processing using tools a technics of project management. In this bachelor´s thesis is elaborated project to build a call center by Tomza s.r.o. company. The project contains processing of time analysis of project, source analysis of project, cost analysis of project, risk analysis of project. I worked out my own proposal solutions for each section of bachelor´s thesis. Project of build a call center is completely made in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
