Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of applying marketing and marketing mix in the management of real estate company Majesty reality, s. r. o. in Poprad, Slovak Republic, which is engaged in brokering the sale and leasing of real estate. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the marketing. The second part is analytical and consists of an analysis of the current marketing mix, evaluation questionnaires and SWOT analysis. The third part is devoted to improving the design of the marketing strategy
