Development Strategy of Small Company

The topic of my bachelor thesis is strategy of progress of small enterprise and my task will be proposing effective and useful plan of development. I gained information and data from owner of a firm, Jan Janků. Theoretical points as correct way of thinking of strategy, visions and productivity will be described in the beginning. Next part of my thesis concern about analyzing methods used to find out weaknesses and problematic aspects of a firm. In the conclusion is summary of measured data and suitable advice for strategic progress of a firm
