The Organisation and Administration of Sport Club

The objective of this bachelor thesis is describing and analysing organization in a professional football club FC Zbrojovka Brno. The first part offers description of organization structure, and job severance in this company character. The thesis is focused on management, organization efficiency, firm culture and workload in this sports club. Based on all acquired data, there will be provided some suggestions and recommendations leading to organization improvements and management optimization. Especially organization structure, both economic and sport situation and marketing of the club are analyzed in this thesis
