Business Process Analysis and Optimization Design Using Data Mining

This bachelor thesis is focused on business process analysis in Acision ltd. There is the group of specialists or teams chosen, on which the performance analysis is being performed that can serve as the base for further managerial decision making. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part contains description of methods that are used and are applied in practice and might be applicable in Acision ltd. The practical part contains description of business process and business data analysis where modern methods are being used (Business Intelligence – Data mining) and contains own design of how to make data mining applicable upon these process
