Proposal of Changes in the System of Employee Evaluation and Remuneration of a Selected Company

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the system of appraisal and remuneration in the company of KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. The theoretical part is focused mainly on motivation, methods of employee appraisal, forms of remuneration and employees´ benefits. The practical part offers the analysis of the current situation in the company. The research is based on the questionnaire method. The final part comprises recommendations and my own suggestions how to improve the current system of appraisal and remuneration in the company
