The Business Plan for Creating of Small Company

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a proposal of a business plan for establishing a small agriculture company. The business plan will be applied to Hradisko riding centre in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The first part of the thesis explains basic theoretic terms from the sphere of business, business plan and agriculture. The practical part contains analysis of the recent status of the object and a proposal of a business plan, including a detailed financial plan
