A Time Series Analysis of Unemployment

This bachelor thesis deals with unemployment analysis by time series. Chosen areas for this analysis are the Czech Republic, Moravian-Silesian regions and district of Karvina. Work deals with theory of time series, regression analysis and unemployment. It includes analysis of unemployment rate development in all three studies areas. Further it gives attention to age and educational structure in the Czech Republic, method and search period for job in Moravian-Silesian region and analysis of the quantity of applicants for one available and announced job position in district of Karvina.
