The Proposal of Improvement for Communitation with Citizen

This bachelor work aims on communication problems between the policy of the Czech Republic and citiziens. It is focusing on individual types of people who policeman meets daily with. It describes different segments of citiziens, research object information and process to improve proceeding and trust between policy and clients. The purpose of this work is to identify the bad communication with citiziens which could have an impact to increasing criminality as well
