Suggestion for the Improvement of the Company´s Culture

This bachelor thesis is deals with problems about development of a present condition of company culture Alfaplastik a.s. Main problems of present company culture are mentioned in this thesis. Their suggestions, how to eliminate them, were formed too. It is supposed to improve its development. An analysis based on questionnaires was made. Results of this survey are basis for nominated remedies, which will lead to more effective utilization of company sources
