Methodology of Evaluation of Employees

This project is dealing with an analysis of an employee evaluation systém in 2K Czech, a.s.. After a short introduction of the company I Focused on a detailed analysis of their current evaluation system. My main aim was to identify evaluators and evaluated employees, evaluating kriteria and the procces of evaluation itself. I also mention the posibility of using the evaluation process results. In the second part of the project I affer suggestions that could komplete the current evalution systém of the company
