The Proposal for Improving of Continuity Production Process of Production Line

An assessment of a current condition of the company’s production line and a proposal for an improvement of the flow capacity of the production process will be the topic of this bachelor’s thesis. A transfer from a common paper job card to an electronic one for a better quality control of the products and their condition will be another suggestion. At the beginning of this work basic theoretical concepts from the area of a production process and a production line will be explained. The main part of this thesis will deal with the analysis of the company’s production line itself and with a possible proposal for changes
