The Proposal for Optimization Current Business Processes through Upgrade IS

In my bachelor thesis I focused on the business processes that concur on information system of a company and their optimization. I focused on this problem within the context of company demands for planned upgrade of this system. My thesis also include the orientation in basic terms from the world of information system and business processes, the description of actual situation in company and some proposals on optimization of particular processes for the new system
