Issue of the remuneration system in the company LDM, Ltd.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the remuneration system in a particular firm. The remuneration system is a very important part of management of the whole company. It works as an effective instrument for a productivity increase and for retention of good employees in the company. The remuneration system must be clear and fair to the employees. I evaluate contemporary remuneration system on the basis of the results arising from the analysis, and I review the satisfaction of employees with it. From these results due to achieved knowledge I recommend changes, that I include into the contemporary remuneration system
