Analysis of the system of improvement proposals in a company and proposal of possible improvements.

The bachelor thesis deals with the system of improvement proposals in a certain manufacturing firm. The aim of this thesis was to acquire theoretical knowledge from the professional literature, comparison with practical knowledge and its implementation into the system of improvement proposals in the given company. The emphasis was put on simplification of the whole system with main accent on submissions of improvement proposals by the workers and subsequent evaluation and decision on acceptance or rejection of the proposals
