Customer satisfaction analysis

This bachelor`s thesis focuses on customer satisfaction research because customer satisfaction is one of the key factors in companies long term success on the market. The research is carried out on the selected company UNEX a. s. and the people dealt with are the key customers of this firm. The research is based on enquiries through questionnaires. The result of this work is the output in the form of suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an increase in the present level of customer satisfaction
