Improvements Suggestion of Corporate Communication

Bachelor thesis deals with improvements suggestion of corporate communication in KOVO Koukola, s.r.o. company. There are two main types of corporate communication, inner and outer. The thesis include both types of communication. Proposal part is focused on inner corporate communication namely on communication with employees. The outup of my theses covers set of proposals leading to improvement of communication between managemement and employees and between management and applicants for a job
