Measurement of precise capacitance decade in environmental chamber

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the control capacitance decade in a climatic chamber. The theoretical part introduces a capacitance decade M525 of the MEATEST company and the program Caliber of the same company. It introduces the methods of capacitance measurement. In the bachelor’s thesis there is the calculation of the uncertainty of measuring devices. On the basis of the lowest uncertainty, we choose the most suitable measuring device. The practical part describes the measuring with the use of prepared procedure for verification of the capacitance of programmable decade. The last part contains the evaluation of the measurement results and their comparison with the manufacturer's specifications
