This work deals with the evaluation of upper limb muscle fatigue by analyzing the signal of surface electromyography. It briefly describes the human muscle of anatomical and physiological point of view. There is also described a mechanism of symptoms of muscle fatigue. The work devots to electromyography, electromyography signal processing and evaluation of muscle fatigue using electromyography. The aim is to evaluate muscle fatigue in trained and untrained person depending on gender and depending on the size of the load, which is proportional to each volunteer separately.
