Project of Small Water Power Station

Hydroelectric power plants in the Czech Republic are the most important component of electricity production from renewable sources. A hydroelectric power plant in our country produces 3.9% of the total energy, which is almost half of the 8.2% of all renewable sources. Regarding the large hydroelectric power plants and those already in the Czech Republic is very likely to accrue more, because in this sphere we need to focus on smaller hydroelectric power plants, up to 10MW included. The task of this project is to design just such a small hydropower plants (SHP), which could be an interesting investment for people nearby of larger rivers.
