Technological Process of Security Key

Bachelor thesis dealing with the technological process of a security key to the cylinder lock. In the thesis, there is a brief description of the lock and key history and development. Development is described from the first appearance of the primitive wooden locks to the invention of the modern cylindrical lock. In the technological process there are proposed and calculated basic parameters of manufacturing. Process is elaborated for all steps. From cutting a key blank to final product check. Subject of the thesis is also an attempt to substitute conventional technological process with the modern method of 3D printing
