Engineering principles in the design of plastic products

This Bachelor's thesis deals with an overview study of constructional and technological principles of plastic products. It includes characteristics and basic division of plastics by methods of application and factors affecting their properties. Except that, technological principles or methods of manufacturing and designing plastic products are mentioned. Next part is focused on principles of designing constructional components, such as chimneys, ribbings, stiffeners and many others. Final part is discussion which summarises utilization of plastics, their economic aspect or demand and production of plastics in the world and in Europe
