This thesis presents a comparison of valuation methods for property type apartment in selected locations Brno Královo Pole and Žabovřesky. This thesis also describes the market situation immovable things in selected locations including a comparison of supply and demand. The valuation is according to the applicable valuation regulations for current price and established methods based on market valuation to determine the price as found. The result of this work is to estimate the current price of 10 selected apartments and assessment of the various valuation methods and their suitabilit
