Risk Evaluation of International Trading for Company Hortim Ltd.

The Diploma thesis is concerned with analyse of risks for company that may happen during international trading. The aim of this thesis is suggestion appropriate measures to eliminate the risks. The first part contains teoretical knowledge about international trading and risk management. Next part is about exaluation the actual situation of company, internal and external environment analysis included. Based on these results, there is risk analysis of import and export of goods by RIPRAN TM method. The last part of diploma thesis is suggestion measures to eliminate the risks
