Abstract This thesis Compare the price of the family house in various parts of Ceske Budejovice in 2015 and 2016 "deals with the valuation of a family house at the usual price and the price determined in 2015 and 2016. The family house is located on the outskirts of the city and then will be relocated to the city center. The usual price is determined by comparison, the comparison is made with similar family houses offered for sale in the real estate advertising.
