The diploma thesis deals with the problems of external financing company LAZAM CZ s. r. o. The first, theoretical, part contains general discussion about the possibilities of external financing of the company, mainly through credit drawing one of the banks operating in the Czech Republic. The method is literature review. Second, analytic, part then solves selection of company and it’s product, which is suitable for company LAZAM CZ s. r. o.
